Amid rising IT costs, high security, and strict regulations, these tools integrated with the SHIP HATS CI CD platform streamline workflows, accelerate coding, and improve satisfaction. Findings from a four-month pilot showed measurable gains in task speed, coding quality, and developer satisfaction, while highlighting challenges like policy constraints and balancing stakeholder expectations. Looking ahead, GovTech is expanding AI use across the SDLC, exploring self-hosted models, and refining metrics to drive both individual and team productivity.
